About these terms
These terms govern your use of coastlinecreativeconstruction.com, our chat widget, our online forms, and our SMS (text) messaging program. They do not govern any construction work Matthews Construction LLC performs — that is covered by a separate signed contract you receive after your in-home consultation.
Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the security of the site or its supporting services.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description
Coastline Creative Construction operates a text-messaging program to communicate with prospective and current clients. By providing your mobile phone number through any of our forms, our chat widget, or by replying to one of our messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to:
- Confirmation of estimate requests and consultation bookings
- Appointment reminders and scheduling changes
- Project status updates while construction is in progress
- Responses to questions you have asked us
- Customer-service follow-up
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages, and we do not include third-party advertising in our messages.
Consent and how to opt in
Consent to receive SMS messages from us is given when you voluntarily submit your mobile phone number through one of our intake channels. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service from Coastline Creative Construction.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on the stage of your project and your specific conversations with us. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan details.
Opt-out and help
You can opt out of our SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed automatically. You may also reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us directly at (206) 491-3145 or info@coastlinecreative.com.
Supported carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Sprint, and Virgin Mobile, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a message fails to deliver, please call us at (206) 491-3145.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle phone numbers and consent data.
Estimates and content
Pricing ranges, project timelines, cost-guide content, and example project information on this site are illustrative only. They are not binding offers. Final scope, price, and schedule are set in a written contract after an in-home consultation.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy, and design on this site is the property of Coastline Creative Construction and its content partners. You may not reuse, republish, or redistribute it without written permission.
Liability
The site, the chat widget, and the SMS program are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability arising from use of the site, the chat widget, the SMS program, and any information or content delivered through them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site, the chat widget, or the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
